What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

In Thailand: Customers get free of cost Delivery of Orders if order total value is 99 Thai Baht.

However sending outside Thailand to other countries depends upon Quantity, Weight and customer’s choice of shipment.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

1 – Bank Transfers, International Telegraphic Transfers.

2 – All Debit/Credit Card via Paypal Express Payments (4.5% Maintenance Charges Apply)

3 – Western Union/MoneyGram

How long will delivery take?

Delivery depends upon type of Shipping Service Customer opts for. 

Delivery Inside Thailand

After verification of Payment, we will post your order within 24 hours except for the Public Holiday. 

  1. Registered Parcel: It takes 3 – 5 days in reaching inside Thailand. However Bangkok customers can get within a day.
  2. EMS: Takes 1-3 days to reach customers outside Bangkok.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

KNWEAR strictly ensures that the customer personal data is secured at all times. 

Customer Personal Information is transmitted only by our secured SSL encrypted Channel. 

Payments by Paypal and Credit/Debit card processing is only carried out by Payment Processing firms that have International repute. KNWEAR does not store any Credit/Debit Card information on our servers.

What exactly happens after ordering?
  1. Once Payment is confirmed by KNWEAR Accounting Department, customers will receive order details as a receipt.
  2. Then our warehouse team will start packing order to be posted to Shipping Company in less than 24-48 hours. (Incase of any delay customer will be informed accordingly.
  3.  Once shipped, customer will receive a tracking number with details.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes after the order is confirmed, customer will receive comprehensive receipt.
